Short Introduction

The Office of the President designs meaningful human experiences for business partners and internal talents. Collaborating closely with the agency’s Executive Committee, we create and implement sustainable corporate strategies and agency-branded communications that aim to attract and keep the right business partners and talents that help strengthen NuWorks’ value as the undisputed, most innovative digital agency.

The Multimedia Artist will produce brave, agency-branded collaterals that are able to move and inspire our customers, current and potential business partners and talents. They will be responsible for creating content aligned with our brand identity, including logos, posters, presentations, short and long-form videos, social media content, and banners, that will be deployed on our branded social pages, client partners, and internal productivity tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. CONTENT IDEATION
   • Collaborate with internal teams to generate visual ideas for marketing campaigns and other brand-building initiatives.

2. GRAPHIC DESIGN
   • Design visual aspects of agency-branded collaterals and other media aligned with our brand identity.
   • Recommend effective art direction and information design based on high-quality standards to visually communicate a product, campaign, concept, or any output required.
   • Execute agreed art direction into actual materials for deployment, execution, posting, and distribution.

3. ASSET CREATION
   • Create visual outputs that are requested/needed by specific requirements (games, character design, etc.) that help amplify the agency brand internally or externally.

4. VIDEO EDITING
   • Create and edit both 16:9 and 9:16 (vertical) videos to deploy as collaterals on social media or during corporate events and presentations.
   • Review and trim shot material to determine the storyboard for the final material.
   • Insert dialogue, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.

5. DIGITAL, ADVERTISING, AND BRAND INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE AND APPLICATION
   • Familiarization with digital marketing and advertising fundamentals, including platforms, content, and consumers.
   • Keep abreast of the digital, advertising, and industry competitive landscape and local/global trends.
   • Application of digital, advertising, and industry trends and best practices to brand building assets and collaterals.
 

Key Competencies and Skills

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Expertise as a graphic, brand or visual designer creating a diverse range of digital and print collateral efficiently
  • A portfolio that showcases bravery in content ideation, visual design, art direction, asset creation and simple video editing
  • Knowledge in design theory including typography, color, conceptual graphic design and layout creation
  • Keen understanding of design based on visual, cultural and popular trends
  • Expertise and knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Sufficient knowledge in using key productivity tools like Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) to help in presentation and delivery of creative ideas and designs
  • Sufficient knowledge in the Digital Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok and how different audiences are able to use these either as a content creator or a consumer
  • Strong Communication skills and can clearly present creative ideas and thoughts, initiate discussions, converse and manage stakeholders of all ages
  • Has strong attention to detail, is organized and flexible enough to execute foreseeable and unforeseeable tasks
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and build strong relationships and be customer centric.
  • Demonstrates ability to work and communicate effectively in teams, collaborate with colleagues, and build consensus to become better together.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Information Design and/or other related courses
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an in-house, agency designer including some video editing experience with a proven track record in a similar position, working with a team in a similar or adjacent industry
